Our Mission
Planned giving is an opportunity to make the change you want to see in the world, and for many decades, these lasting gifts have made a tremendous impact on our community and inspired medical progress forward. The Wildenthal Society was established in 1995 by Southwestern Medical Foundation to recognize those who make planned gifts to benefit UT Southwestern Medical Center.
With deep gratitude for the investments made for more than 25 years, we celebrate the phenomenal commitment to our community that our Wildenthal Society members exhibit. It is with these gifts that we meet the challenges of today and will be prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Southwestern Medical Foundation is a public charity and a registered 501(c)(3) organized in 1939 with a question: "Why not a great medical center in the Southwestern United States?" The Foundation was created to rally citizens in support of the highest quality health care possible in the Southwestern U.S.
Our goal continues to inspire leaders to join us in continuing to build the great medical center we began.
